Common Questions

Here are the things authors ask us most often.

What is the typical delivery timeline?

The Chapter package is ready in 3 weeks. The Volume takes 4 weeks. The Series takes 5 weeks. If you need it sooner, let us know in your brief and we will tell you what is possible.

Do I need to provide video footage?

No. You do not need to provide any video or audio. We build everything from your story. If you have photos or author footage you want to include, we are happy to use them.

Can I use the trailer for Amazon Advertising?

Yes. The Volume and Series packages include an Amazon Ads export at no extra cost. The Chapter package can add one for a small additional fee. We follow all of Amazon's video requirements.

Who owns the trailer once it's delivered?

You own it fully once payment is complete. We transfer all rights to you. Under the Series package, you also own the original music files. Standard licensing applies to any stock elements we use.

How do revisions work?

You give us all your feedback at once, and we make the changes before sending the next version. The Chapter package includes one round of revisions. The Volume includes two. The Series has no limit.

What happens if I need to launch before the standard timeline?

Tell us your deadline in the brief and we will let you know if we can meet it. We never sacrifice quality to go faster.

Do you work with indie authors or only traditional publishers?

Both. Most of our clients are self-published authors. We know how indie publishing works and we make it easy. Traditional publishers are also welcome.
